Wedding Consultation Services

Some couples choose to work with a coordinator on an hourly basis. We can assist with guiding you through any step of the planning process. Hourly consultations may be used for guidance on such issues as:
  • Personalized wedding budget and cost saving tips

  • Attendance at vendor or venue meetings
  • Wedding shopping
  • Theme development and design
  • Creation projects
  • Wedding day schedule/itinerary/timeline
  • Rehearsal, wedding and reception directions.
Fees: Hourly consultations are $150.00 for the first hour and $50.00 each hour thereafter. (Payment due at Consultation).

Day-of-Wedding Package

When newlyweds are asked what they would do differently on their wedding day, most often they say that they wish they had a professional assisting them on the actual wedding day. For those who have planned their own wedding but would like a wedding planner on hand at the wedding, to ensure that all details are addressed and problems averted, we offer the following services:
  • 2 in-person consultation meetings prior to the wedding date to obtain all vendor contracts and discuss what your expectations are on your wedding day.
  • Unlimited communication by phone or email during business hours.
  • Review of contracts and contact all vendors to confirm all vendor details and advise you if there are any potential issues.
  • An onsite visit of ceremony and reception site to address any question or concerns with logistics.
  • Creation of a detailed itinerary, timelines, checklists and processional and recessional schedule.
  • Coordinator on site for the wedding day rehearsal.
  • Supervision of ceremony set-up and supervision of reception set-up (to a maximum of 12 consecutive hours on the wedding day)
  • Supervision of wedding day photo session and ensure that all necessary photos are taken.
  • Coordinate the gift table, caterer for the leftovers, guest book, throwing of the bouquet and garter, music schedule, entrance of the bride and groom, music, cake cutting ceremony, and the grand exit.
  • Clean up and retrieval of the items at the reception.
  • Complimentary certified wedding assistant on the wedding day.
  • Use of an emergency kit will be provided for any last minute accidents.
Fees: $800.00 ($400 initial payment due upon signing of contract, balance due at ceremony rehearsal).

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination Package

Your wedding day is supposed to be the one of the most important days in your lives, but it doesnít have to be overwhelming and stressful. The only thing you should worry about is having the time of your life on that beautiful day.

This package includes ongoing guidance through every step of the planning process and full coordination, from the time youíre engaged to the moment you leave for your honeymoon.

This includes all the services mentioned under consulting services as well as:

  • Unlimited consultations and meetings, by phone or email during business hours
  • All research
  • Guest list management, tracking of R.S.V.Pís
  • Honeymoon and travel arrangements
  • Coordinator on site for the wedding day rehearsal.
  • Complimentary assistant wedding planner for the day of the wedding
  • Supervision of ceremony set-up and supervision of reception set-up (to a maximum of 12 consecutive hours on the wedding day)
  • Guidance on Marriage license and name changes kits
  • Supervision of wedding day photo session
  • Clean up and retrieval of items at the reception site
  • Use of emergency day kit
  • Mailing out thank you cards
Fees: 10% of the overall wedding budget with a minimum of $1200.00 applies.
